A 45-minute panel, built around one everyday scenario — so the audience leaves with something concrete.
I'll keep this short — the goal is to spend most of our time on your reactions, not on me talking.
Before I walk through anything — here's what I'm hoping to get out of the next 30 minutes, so you know what to listen for. You know this space better than the room will. Push back freely, and I'll update the doc right after.
Is there anything you'd rather not be asked?
Anything you'd want reframed — or swapped with another panelist?
Anything missing that this particular audience needs to hear?
Is the level right — too technical, or not technical enough?
Most RWA panels stay abstract. Everyone agrees it matters — and nobody leaves with anything they can use. So the entire panel is anchored to a single flow, and every question comes back to it.
That's what makes this a useful frame: one flow, three separate tokenization problems.
Proof-of-concept work already underway — FSC, TDCC and nine institutions.
Proof of conceptRuns into securities regulation and the legacy STO framework.
RegulatoryA stablecoin question — sits with the central bank and licensing.
Central bankEach panelist speaks to one segment of the same flow, so the audience follows a single argument rather than four separate talks.

main question + follow-up
Full wording is in the doc — here's the shape of each segment.
Q1 From the banks and asset managers you advise — is that week-long round trip a real pain point, or just friction everyone has accepted?
Q2 When the tokenization decision reaches the boardroom, where does it most often stall — and why?
Q1 Globally, what does a working end-to-end version of this flow look like — issuance, settlement, redemption? What's current best practice for stitching those together?
Q2 Which step is most often underestimated — where a project succeeds as a pilot but never becomes a production platform?
Q1 RLUSD is wired into Franklin Templeton's BENJI and BlackRock's BUIDL. Once that ran in production, what concretely changed — whose work changed, which roles got redefined?
Q2 Anything that surprised you — something you expected to change that didn't, or something nobody anticipated?
Q1 Taiwan's RWA rules still rest largely on the original STO framework. Applied to this flow — which parts still hold up, and which don't?
Q2 STO only reaches the stock leg. Putting the fund and the NTD alongside it — how far along is Taiwan's progress bar, really?
One sentence each: what's the single thing that most often kills a promising RWA pilot before it becomes a platform?
I'll moderate in Mandarin for the local audience, and summarise in English between segments so everyone can follow the thread. Please answer in either English or Mandarin — whichever you prefer — and keep it tight, since the summaries eat into the time.
If you want anything on screen during the panel, send it to Sharon by then to be included.
Private lunch hosted by Ripple before the event. Please accept or decline the invite so Sharon can book.
